Mr. Cable has been actively involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1986. He began his career in Sacramento, California as a sales and development professional for various well known companies. His specialties include office, industrial, and retail development and leasing.
Mr. Cable's experience includes but is not limited to project designation and design, asset management and construction management, new acquisitions, and marketing of all projects. Mr. Cable is a principle in numerous companies and sits on many corporate boards including but not limited to Oates Investments, Inc., Cable & Kilpatrick, Inc., Cable & Kilpatrick Development, Inc., Cable Land Company, Inc., Thermal Roof Systems, Inc., ETC. Additionally, Mr. Cable is a board member of the Greater Sacramento YMCA and is a part of many Real Estate Associations.
Mr. Cable, his wife Michele, and their two children make their home in Sacramento.
Andrew Kilpatrick

Mr. Kilpatrick has been an integral part of the Buzz Oates Group of Companies for the past five years. Prior to joining Buzz Oates Real Estate and eventually becoming a founding partner of Oates Investments, Inc., Cable & Kilpatrick, Inc., and Cable & Kilpatrick Development, Inc., Mr. Kilpatrick spent multiple years in project management, purchasing, and bidding with a major Sacramento-based general contractor.
A graduate of UC Davis, Mr. Kilpatrick now holds the positions of Chief Financial Officer of Oates Investments, Inc., Vice President of Cable & Kilpatrick, Inc., and most recently President of Cable & Kilpatrick Development, Inc.
Mr. Kilpatrick lives with his wife and 3 children in Carmichael.
