This due diligence team is responsible for the acquisition and delivery of environmental feasibility and sustainability assessments, development of projected and actual financial data analysis, coordination of government related economic development interactions, and the evaluation and organization of expert legal council (when necessary).

Cable & Kilpatrick Development, Inc. has specifically appointed a Client Services Representative to their build-to-suit team to allow for emphasized client interaction. Doing so fosters an environment in which the client's needs and specific goals of layout, design, and desired functionality are not only discovered, but streamlined, incorporated, and realized as the resulting final product.
